All PRESENTATIONS from Pitching session are now available to download here until 7th of June 2021.
We invite researchers, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders to submit flash presentations for a chance to present your project idea in pitching sessions that will take place on the 2nd day before lunch break (28th May 2021). The focus of these 3-minute presentations should be on how you intend to address one of the preselected topics related to the Horizon Europe Cluster 5 and the kinds of partners you are looking to cooperate with.
How to apply for pitching session:
1) register for our brokerage event with a full profile and market place. During the registration process, you will be asked to express your interest in the presentation of your proposal idea during the pitching session.
2) If you intend to present your project idea during the live session, download the blank template for pitch presentation (PPT template), fill it in (max 4 slides) with an overview of your proposal idea, and send it back to Liaison office contact persons in the contact list by the 12nd of May 2021 at latest. Please note that you will have only 3 minutes for your pitch. The successful applicants will be informed approximately seven days before the event.
The flash presentations will be selected in advance of the event in a
simple review process undertaken by the organisers. The selection of
presentations will be based on the relevance to the Horizon Europe
Cluster 5 selected topics and the degree of general interest assessed
according to the participants of the event and the research interests
they have indicated. Please note that the number of slots available for
flash presentations is limited and that not all entries can be selected.

- HORIZON-CL5-2021-D6-01-03: Physical and Digital Infrastructure (PDI), connectivity and cooperation enabling and supporting CCAM (CCAM Partnership)
- HORIZON-CL5-2021-D6-01-05: Analysis of socio-economic and environmental impacts and assessment of societal, citizen and user aspects for needs based CCAM solutions (CCAM Partnership)
- HORIZON-CL5-2021-D6-01-07: More efficient and effective multimodal freight transport nodes to increase flexibility, service visibility and reduce the average cost of freight transport
- HORIZON-CL5-2021-D6-01-08: New delivery methods and business/operating models to green the last mile and optimise road transport
- HORIZON-CL5-2021-D6-01-10: Testing safe lightweight vehicles and improved safe human-technology interaction in the future traffic system
In case of oversubscription, preference will be given to prospective
coordinators and organizing countries (validated participants from Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland and Slovakia).
All submissions must follow the template provided by the organizers.
Failure to use the template - and especially to adhere to the slide
limit - may result in the rejection of your submission.
The flash presentation sessions will take place between 10:00-12:05 on 28th May 2021.
